Variant Description
The dry Summer Pesto can be used as a sour cream dip or for herb butter or turned in the salad, or on quarter potatoes which are baked in the oven at 200g for about 30 minutes, preferably with a little oil on it.
Mix 1 tbsp. Summer Dry Pesto with 1 1/2 tbsp. water. Let it get moist and then add oil.
Ingredients: dill, parsley, chives, bell peppers, garlic, onions, rapeseed oil.
